Terms of Service & Software License
Bridge Takeoff Pro and all Bridge Apps · Effective date: October 14, 2026
Welcome to Bridge Takeoff Pro. Bridge Takeoff Pro and all Bridge Apps, including Bridge Takeoff, Bridge QC and BridgeWorks CRM (the "Software"), were built by and are owned and operated by Rocket Digital Services LLC, also known as Rocket Takeoffs and Rocket Takeoff & Estimating, together with its affiliates, including Rocket Takeoffs and Estimating LLC ("Rocket," "the Company," "we," "us" or "our"). "You" and "your" refer to the individual or business using the Software. These Terms of Service cover the Software, the website at bridge.rockettakeoffs.com, and related AI tools, training and support (together, the "Services").
When you create an account, start a trial, purchase a seat or AI Coins, check an "I agree" box, or use the Services, you agree in full to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Takeoff and estimating work that Rocket Takeoffs performs for you as a service is governed by the Rocket Takeoffs Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance & Electronic Agreement
- Checking a box, clicking to accept, starting a trial, making a payment or using the Services is a valid electronic signature and acceptance of these Terms. You agree to receive notices and records electronically.
- If you accept on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and the company is responsible for all of its users.
- You must be at least 18 years old. The Services are intended for business and professional use.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete account information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts with inaccurate information.
2. Software License
The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and payment of all fees, Rocket grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Software during your active subscription or trial, through the interface we provide, for your own internal takeoff, estimating and construction business purposes.
Under this license, you may:
- use the Software to perform takeoffs and estimates for projects your company is bidding, building, supplying or estimating, including projects you prepare for your own customers;
- export, print and share the takeoffs, reports and files you create ("Output") with your project team, owners, general contractors and suppliers for the project they were created for;
- use our documentation and training materials to train your own licensed users.
Seat licenses. Each seat is licensed to one named user. Logins may not be shared, pooled or used by more than one person. You need a seat for each person who uses the Software. A seat may be reassigned when the original user permanently stops using the Software, such as when they leave your company. Independent contractors may use a seat only to work on your projects, and you are responsible for their use.
All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Rocket. No right to the source code, AI models, assemblies or other technology behind the Software is granted.
3. License Restrictions
You and your users agree not to, directly or indirectly:
- copy, modify, translate, adapt or create derivative works of the Software or any part of it, including its features, functions, user interface, graphics, assemblies, templates, material libraries, workflows or documentation;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, models, algorithms or underlying structure of the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by law;
- sell, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute or transfer the Software or your account, or use it for timesharing, service bureau or other purposes for the benefit of a third party, other than delivering takeoffs you prepare to your own customers;
- share login credentials or allow anyone other than your licensed users to access the Software;
- access or use the Software to build a competitive product or service, or to train or benchmark any competing software or AI model;
- scrape, crawl or extract data or content from the Software by automated means, except through features we provide for that purpose;
- remove or alter any proprietary notice, watermark or label;
- circumvent seat limits, AI Coin metering, usage limits or security features, or interfere with the operation of the Services; or
- use the Services in violation of any applicable law or third-party right, or upload content you do not have the right to use.
Competitors of Rocket may not access the Software without our prior written consent. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.
4. Ownership of the Software & Technology
Rocket built Bridge Takeoff Pro and all Bridge Apps. Rocket and its licensors own and keep all rights, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in the Software and Services, our AI tools and models (including model weights and training improvements), algorithms, prompts, rules, assemblies, material libraries, templates, workflows, estimating databases, user interface, documentation and training materials, and all updates, improvements and derivatives of any of them, including improvements made using customer data, feedback or usage data (together, "Rocket Technology"). Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Rocket Technology to you.
Performance data, usage statistics, metrics and other data derived from the operation of the Software (excluding your Client Content itself) are owned by Rocket.
The Bridge, Bridge Takeoff Pro, Bridge Apps and Rocket Takeoffs names, logos and designs are trademarks of Rocket and may not be used without our written permission.
5. Confidentiality
Non-public information about the Software, including how it works, its assemblies and workflows, beta and upcoming features, roadmaps, and pricing offered to you, is Rocket's confidential information. You agree to use it only as permitted by your license and not to share it outside your licensed users, during and after your subscription.
We treat your non-public plans, bid documents and pricing as confidential and use them only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement on request.
6. Feedback & Support Tickets
We welcome suggestions, ideas, feature requests, bug reports, corrections and support tickets ("Feedback"). Providing Feedback, testing beta features or taking part in calls or training does not make you a developer, co-owner or contributor of the Software, and does not entitle you to credit, attribution, payment or any other compensation. You assign to Rocket all rights in your Feedback, or where an assignment is not permitted, you grant Rocket a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose. Feedback is not confidential, and we may already be developing similar ideas.
7. Account Access, Free Trial & New Features
- Accounts are created after we review your sign-up, at our discretion. Signing up does not guarantee access, a timeline or any particular feature.
- Approved users may receive a 7-day free trial, which may include a limited number of AI Coins. Unused trial AI Coins expire when the trial ends, and access ends unless you subscribe. Trials are limited to one per company; creating multiple accounts to extend a trial is not permitted.
- The Software is under active development. Features may be added, changed, limited or removed. Beta, preview and "coming soon" features are provided as-is, may change or never be released, and are not part of your subscription until released.
8. Subscriptions, Seats & Billing
- Fees for seats, AI Coins, storage and add-ons are shown at the time of purchase. Prices do not include applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period using the payment method on file until cancelled.
- Upgrades and added seats take effect right away and are charged on a prorated basis. Downgrades and removed seats take effect at the start of the next billing period.
- We may change plan pricing or features with at least 30 days' notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may pause access, AI features and exports until the balance is paid.
- We may review seat and account usage to confirm it matches your license. If more people use the Software than the seats purchased, we may bill the additional seats from the date the extra use began.
- Enterprise seat counts, pricing and terms are set in a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancel anytime. There is no long-term contract unless you sign an Enterprise agreement. You may cancel at any time in the Software or by emailing Info@RocketTakeoffs.com before your next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- No refunds. All fees are non-refundable, including subscription and seat fees, partial billing periods, unused seats, unused or expired AI Coins, storage upgrades and training fees, except where a refund is required by law.
10. AI Features & AI Coins
All AI features of the Software are provided on an AI Coin basis. By using an AI feature, you agree to the use of AI Coins for that feature.
- Each AI action uses AI Coins. The amount depends on the feature and the size and complexity of the drawings processed. Any estimate shown before a run is an estimate only.
- AI Coins are used when an AI action runs, even if the result is later edited, rejected or deleted. We may restore AI Coins lost to a system error at our discretion.
- AI Coins are purchased in advance on a pay-as-you-go basis. AI Coin prices, bundles and any expiration rules are shown at purchase and may change for future purchases.
- AI Coins have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable, and are subject to the usage and expiration rules of your plan.
- We may apply reasonable rate limits and fair-use limits to keep the Services reliable for all customers.
- Basic seat licenses do not include AI features. Auto counts and automations included with a seat do not use AI Coins unless the Software states otherwise.
11. Your Project Files
"Client Content" means the plans, drawings, specifications, addenda, photos and other files and information you upload or enter. As between you and us, you (or your licensors) keep ownership of your Client Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses and permissions needed (including from architects, engineers, owners or general contractors) to provide the Client Content and to allow us to use it as described in these Terms, and that doing so does not violate any law, contract, confidentiality obligation or third-party right, including copyright.
You grant Rocket, its affiliates, employees, contractors and service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, store, process, analyze, transmit, modify and create derivative works from Client Content as needed to provide, support and quality-check the Services, including by processing it with AI tools.
12. Use of Data to Improve Our AI Systems & Services
To make Bridge faster and more accurate, you grant Rocket a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Client Content, takeoffs and Output created in the Software, edits, corrections, QC results, support tickets and data generated from them (such as measurements, quantities, symbols, labels, annotations, plan layouts, material cards, assembly breakdowns and usage data) to research, develop, train, test, validate and improve our AI tools, models, software, assemblies, templates, estimating databases and services. When we use this data to improve our systems:
- We do not sell your plans, and we do not publish them except in redacted, de-identified form as described in Section 13.
- We do not disclose your identity, your client's identity, project names, addresses or pricing to other customers.
- Our AI tools and their Output for other customers will not reproduce your Client Content in a way that identifies you or your project.
- Data may be de-identified, aggregated or combined with other data, and once de-identified or aggregated, Rocket may use it for any lawful business purpose.
Opt-Out / NDA Projects: If you need a specific project excluded from AI training (for example, because of a confidentiality obligation to your client), tell us in writing at Info@RocketTakeoffs.com before you upload the project files. If you have a signed NDA or written agreement with Rocket that conflicts with this section, the signed agreement controls for the projects it covers. Opting out does not prevent us from processing your files with AI tools to provide the Services.
13. Use of Redacted Project Work in Marketing & Demos
You grant Rocket a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use redacted or de-identified excerpts of Client Content and Output (such as plan excerpts, marked-up drawings, screenshots, screen recordings, quantities and results) on our websites and in live or recorded demos, videos, live streams, social media, sales presentations, training materials and case studies. Before publishing, we will blur, crop or remove information that identifies you or your project, including company names and logos, title blocks, contact details, project names and addresses, owner, architect and engineer names, seals and stamps, and pricing, and we will not publish full plan sets or your bid pricing. You may opt out of this use for any project by emailing Info@RocketTakeoffs.com, ideally before uploading the files. A signed NDA with Rocket controls for the projects it covers.
14. Storage Limits & File Retention
- Each plan includes a storage limit for plans, projects and exports, shown in the Software or your order. Additional storage may be purchased to raise your limit. If you reach your limit, you may need to delete files or upgrade before uploading more.
- The Software is not a document storage or archiving service. Please keep your own copies of all plans and Output. We are not responsible for files that are lost, corrupted or deleted.
- After your subscription ends, we may delete your Client Content from our active systems after 30 days. Please export anything you need before then.
15. Customer Responsibility & Review of Results
The Software includes quality checks within its AI, but like all AI and automated tools, it can produce errors. Scale discrepancies, unclear or conflicting drawings, missing specifications, draftsman errors, calibration settings and user input can all affect results.
- You are responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving all Output before relying on it, including every quantity, measurement, count, calculation, calibration setting, waste factor, assumption, material list, assembly breakdown, SKU and price. A qualified person on your team should check and sign off on every takeoff.
- You are solely responsible for your bids, pricing, contracts, procurement, material orders and construction decisions, and for compliance with building codes, specifications and laws.
- You assume the risk of relying on Output, including AI-generated Output, and agree that Rocket is not responsible for errors in Output that a reasonable review would identify.
16. Nature of the Software — Not Engineering or Architectural Services
The Software is a quantity takeoff and estimating tool. It does not provide engineering, architectural, surveying, legal, accounting, safety or code-compliance services, and its Output is not a stamped, sealed or approved design. The Software does not verify that plans are correct, complete, buildable or code-compliant.
Engineering assumptions must be verified. Where plans are missing or unclear on engineering information (for example, structural member, beam, header, joist or rafter sizes, footings and foundations, rebar, connections, load paths or MEP sizing), any assumption made by the Software or a user is for quantity and pricing purposes only. It must be reviewed and approved by a licensed professional engineer or other licensed design professional before being used for construction, fabrication, permitting or ordering engineered components.
17. Takeoff, Estimate & Measurement Disclaimers
- This is not a bid. Takeoff results, material lists and assembly breakdowns are not a bid or proposal. They reflect only what is shown on the plans provided and do not account for your overhead, equipment, tools, labor or trade-specific assumptions. Final material requirements may vary with job-site conditions.
- Cost estimates. Any cost figures are preliminary, for budgeting only, and based on industry or regional averages. Unless stated, they do not include mark-up, overhead and profit, sales tax, delivery, specialty materials, substitutions, change orders, permits, fees, equipment or tool rental, site preparation, cleanup, disposal, union or prevailing wage rates, or other project-specific requirements. They are not a guaranteed price or contract offer.
- SKU and product descriptions. Any SKU or part numbers are recommendations only and should be confirmed with suppliers and project specifications before ordering.
- Roof and aerial measurements. Where offered, aerial measurements are estimating aids, accurate to about ±3–5% under ideal conditions, and are not a substitute for on-site measurement or an insurance-grade report. Verify in the field before ordering materials or pricing a final bid.
- Location data. Where a Bridge App offers job-site check-in, the employer or account administrator is responsible for its use of check-in data and for compliance with labor, employment and privacy laws.
18. Third-Party Services & AI Providers
The Services use carefully selected third-party providers for hosting, AI processing, payments and integrations. Client Content may be transmitted to and processed by these providers on our behalf. Where available, we use enterprise or API terms that restrict providers from using your data to train their own models. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures outside our reasonable control, and their use of data is also governed by their own terms.
19. Account Security & Use Monitoring
- You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly at Info@RocketTakeoffs.com of any unauthorized use.
- To protect the Software and enforce these Terms, we may monitor use of the Services, including logins, devices, IP addresses, seat use, exports and AI Coin use. On request, you agree to confirm in writing who uses your seats.
- Exports and Output may include watermarks or identifiers. Please do not remove or alter them.
20. Suspension & Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected misuse, security concerns or if we discontinue the Services.
- If your access is terminated for violation of these Terms, you may not create a new account or access the Services through another account without our written consent.
- When access ends, your license ends and you must stop using the Software. Unused AI Coins are forfeited if access is terminated for violation of these Terms. If we terminate without cause, we may, at our discretion, refund the unused portion of a prepaid period.
- Sections 3 through 6, 9, 10 (as to AI Coins), 11 through 13, 15 through 17, and 21 through 28 survive termination.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Software, Services, Output (including AI-generated Output), and trial and beta features are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that any quantity, calculation, estimate or AI result will be error-free, that the Services will be uninterrupted, or that you will win any bid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Rocket will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost bids or contracts, bid errors, calculation errors, material overages or shortages, change orders, project delays, construction defects or loss of data, even if advised of their possibility; and (b) Rocket's total liability for all claims relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid for the Services in the three (3) months before the claim arose, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) if no fees were paid. These limits apply whether the claim is in contract, tort (including negligence) or any other theory, and apply to our owners, employees and contractors.
22. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Services LLC, Rocket Takeoffs and Estimating LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services or Output, including any calculation, quantity, measurement, estimate or AI result, and any bid, contract, purchase or construction based on it; (b) your Client Content, including any claim that it infringes someone's rights or breaches a confidentiality obligation; (c) your breach of these Terms, including the license restrictions; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right, including claims by your customers, contractors or suppliers.
23. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback for Services that were made available to you is a breach of these Terms. We may pause your account while a dispute is open, provide account and usage records to the payment processor, and recover chargeback fees and collection costs to the extent permitted by law.
24. Non-Solicitation of Our Team
While you use the Services and for 12 months afterward, you agree not to directly or indirectly hire, engage or solicit any Rocket employee, estimator, developer or contractor you were introduced to through the Services, without our written consent. Because of our investment in recruiting and training our team, if this occurs you agree to pay a placement fee equal to 50% of that individual's first-year compensation or contract value.
25. Investor Information
Information on our websites about investment or partnership opportunities is for general information only and is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security. Any investment would be made only through definitive written agreements, to qualified investors, where permitted by law. Investor inquiries are kept confidential.
26. Changes to the Software & These Terms
We may update, change or discontinue features of the Software, and we may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
27. Time Limit, Governing Law & Disputes
Any claim relating to the Services or these Terms must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at Info@RocketTakeoffs.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Any lawsuit must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action, and each party waives the right to a jury trial.
Because unauthorized copying, sharing or use of the Software can cause harm that money alone cannot fix, Rocket may also seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property and confidential information, in addition to any other remedies. If Rocket takes legal action to enforce the license restrictions in these Terms and prevails, you agree to pay Rocket's reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
28. General Terms
- Copyright concerns. If you believe content in the Services infringes your copyright, email Info@RocketTakeoffs.com with a description of the work, where it appears, and your contact information, and we will review it promptly.
- Rocket provides the Services as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet, power, hosting or AI provider outages, natural disasters, government actions or cyberattacks.
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms, including in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any order or Enterprise agreement are the entire agreement regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
