1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Rocket Digital Services LLC, also known as Rocket Takeoffs and Rocket Takeoff & Estimating, together with its affiliates, including Rocket Takeoffs and Estimating LLC ("Rocket," "we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects information through Bridge Takeoff Pro, all Bridge Apps, the website at bridge.rockettakeoffs.com, and related AI tools, training and support (the "Services"). Rocket built, owns and operates Bridge Takeoff Pro and all Bridge Apps. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. Rocket's takeoff services are also covered by the Rocket Takeoffs Privacy Policy.
We are always happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before you share plans. Email Info@RocketTakeoffs.com.

4. How we use information
- To review sign-ups, create accounts, schedule onboarding calls, and contact you about access and trials.
- To provide and operate the Services, including collaboration features, storage, AI Features and AI Coin tracking.
- To bill seats, storage, add-ons and AI Coins, and to prevent fraud, abuse and chargeback abuse.
- To provide training, customer service and technical support.
- To respond to investor inquiries confidentially.
- To send account notices, security alerts, service announcements and, where permitted, product news and offers. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
- To train, test and improve Bridge AI and the Services, as described in Section 5.
- To secure the Services, enforce our Terms, investigate misuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. AI processing of project files and improvement of our systems
Bridge uses artificial intelligence (AI) and other automated tools, developed by us or provided by third-party technology vendors, to read and process the plans and project files you upload and to help produce takeoffs and other Output.
As described in our Terms of Service, we also use project files, takeoffs created in the Software, corrections and related data to train, test and improve our AI systems and services. When we do:
- We use project data internally to improve our own tools; we do not sell your plans or personal information.
- We do not reveal your identity, your clients' identities, project names, addresses or pricing to other customers.
- We do not use your name, email or phone number to train AI models.
- Where available, we use enterprise or API settings with third-party AI providers that restrict them from using your data to train their own models.
- Opt-out for specific projects: If a project must be excluded from AI training (for example, because of an NDA with your client), email Info@RocketTakeoffs.com before uploading the files. A signed NDA with Rocket controls for the projects it covers.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing. We share information only:
- with service providers that host the Services, store files, process payments, provide AI processing, send email or texts, provide CRM, phone, video meeting and analytics tools, all acting on our behalf and limited in how they may use the data;
- with the members of your own company account, as collaboration features are designed to do (for example, presence, notes and audit logs are visible to your team and administrators);
- with Rocket's estimating team, who are bound by confidentiality, when you request takeoff, takeover or quality-check services, or when needed for support;
- with employees and contractors, some of whom may be located outside your country, who need the information to provide or improve the Services and are bound by written confidentiality obligations;
- in redacted, de-identified form in marketing, as described in Section 7;
- in response to a subpoena, court order or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Rocket, our users or the public;
- as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy or sale of assets, in which case the information may be transferred to the new owner and remain subject to this policy.
7. Redacted project work in marketing
To show what Bridge can do, we may use redacted or de-identified excerpts of drawings, takeoffs, screenshots, screen recordings, quantities and results in demos, YouTube videos and live streams, social media, our website, sales presentations, training and case studies. Before publishing, we blur, crop or remove company names and logos, title blocks, contact details, project names and addresses, owner, architect and engineer names, seals, stamps and pricing. We do not publish full plan sets or your pricing, and we do not name you, your clients or your project, or use your logo or testimonial, without permission. To opt a project out, email Info@RocketTakeoffs.com, ideally before uploading it. If you see identifying information in our content, tell us and we will promptly edit or remove it from the channels we control.
8. Cookies and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies keep you signed in, keep the Services secure and remember your preferences. If analytics or advertising tools are added to our websites, they may set cookies to measure visits and show ads.
| Type | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Essential | Sign-in, session state, security, fraud prevention and checkout. |
| Analytics | Understanding how visitors use our websites (for example, Google Analytics). |
| Advertising | Measuring ads and remarketing to past visitors (for example, the TikTok Pixel, the Meta Pixel or Google Ads). |
You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may not work. You can opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and in Google's ad settings. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising.
9. Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your account, trial, support and onboarding. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing.
10. Connected accounts and location data
- Connected accounts. If you connect Google, Microsoft, Zoom or another account to a Bridge App, we receive access tokens limited to the permissions you grant and use them only to perform actions you start in the Services. We do not use that data for advertising or to train AI models. You can disconnect at any time, and stored tokens are then deleted.
- Location data. Where a Bridge App offers job-site check-in, we record GPS location only at the moment you check in, check out or submit a linked report, never continuously or in the background. Your employer or account administrator can see these records and is responsible for how it uses them. If you do not consent, do not use the check-in feature.
11. How long we keep information
- Account and Customer Content are kept while your account is active. We may delete Customer Content 30 days after your subscription ends or your account is terminated.
- Sign-up and investor inquiry information is kept while it is useful for the purpose you gave it, and for a reasonable time after, unless you ask us to delete it.
- Billing, tax, consent and audit records are kept as long as required by law or needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
- Encrypted backups are kept for a limited rolling period and expire on their normal schedule.
- De-identified or aggregated data, and data already built into trained AI models, may be kept indefinitely.
- Bridge is not a backup service. Keep your own copies of all plans and Output.
12. Your rights and choices
You can contact us at any time to:
- access or get a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or export your Customer Content;
- correct inaccurate information (you can also edit most information in the Software);
- delete your personal information or account, subject to the records we must keep and the limits in Section 5;
- opt out of marketing emails, texts or targeted advertising;
- request that a specific project be excluded from AI training (see Section 5).
Depending on where you live, including California, other U.S. states with privacy laws and Canada, you may have additional rights. To make a request, email Info@RocketTakeoffs.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We aim to respond within 30 days.
13. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, password-protected administration, and limiting staff access to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as required by law. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised devices or credentials, third parties, or failures of upstream providers outside our reasonable control.
14. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload, for having the rights to share it, for protecting your login credentials, for assigning the right roles to your team, and for keeping your own backups. Do not upload protected health information, payment card data outside our payment processor, classified information, or personal information of others without a lawful basis.
15. Children, international users and changes
- Children. The Services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
- International users. The Services are operated from the United States and data is hosted in the United States. Some of our team members and contractors may be located in other countries. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States and those countries.
- External links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites or services we link to.
- Changes. We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes, we will give notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
